Called to ask about suspension work on my truck, Lady answered phone and from the get go seemed like it was a bother calling her. She sounded rude with the tone of her voice. She didn’t identify herself or the business. I asked if they do suspension and her blunt response was, yes we do. Never asked any questions and I asked if I needed to make an appointment and she put me on hold and said you need to drop it off. Again I asked if I needed to make an appointment and she bluntly said you can drop it off whenever you want. At this point I felt like she wasn’t receptive, had an attitude and seemed arrogant with her responses. I decided I will take my business somewhere else.

Finally getting around to share the best experience I had getting my some work done on my old Nissan Sentra. Got a referral to go check out Mr Mecanic. Wish I would've gone sooner. Cost was a concern. Valve cover gasket and other things that I could only see dollar signs coming at me. Very glad I went and checked them out. Yay, got fixed. Didn't have to take out a loan. Mike and everyone there are Great! Awesome Vibe going on at this place!!!

We were greeted well with Becky behind the desk. We explained our problem and quickly the mechanic took a test drive. He knew exactly what it was, and within 2 hours, our vehicle was ready. Since then, we have had no problems with our vehicle. Thank you. C. Montoya

I highly recommend Mr. Mechanic on Pleasanton Road! I recently sent my 19-year-old son to have an alignment done on my Toyota 4Runner because the DEALERSHIP had told me that was what it needed. My son knows very little about cars, alignments, or vehicle maintenance, so he simply asked for the service we thought was necessary. What happened next speaks volumes about the integrity and honesty of this shop. Instead of just performing the alignment and taking our money, the technician inspected the vehicle and called over another associate for a second look. After checking the 4Runner, they explained to my son that an alignment was not the issue at all…the vehicle desperately needed new tires! They took the time to show him the uneven wear and worn tread and explained why replacing the tires was important for safety. They could have easily completed the alignment, charged us for it, and sent him on his way. Instead, they chose honesty over a quick sale. Mechanic shops sometimes get a bad reputation, but experiences like this remind me that there are still businesses that genuinely care about their customers. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity have earned my trust,

Great Place For Service! After talking to several other repair shops that wouldn’t help me. Mr Mechanic &Tire Muffler shop was recommended by a local parts store. They repaired my truck while I waited and were very professional and friendly. As I waited I observed there employees were very attentive to customers as the came in. If you are in the San Antonio area and need a mechanic, this is the place to come. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for your help!!
